My daughter, Kate, graduated from Miami of Ohio 2 years ago with a degree in exercise science. She works at the McConnell Center as a personal trainer and life coach. One of her passions is running and she's darn good at it. She ran the Columbus half-marathon on Saturday and finished 24th in her age group with a time of 1:43. I was there to cheer her on.
